Coordination of Supports: Level 2

Our experienced team of Support Coordinators will support you to understand the scope of supports within your NDIS Plan.

Specialist Coordination of Supports: Level 3

Specialist Support Coordination aims to provide participants with personalised assistance to navigate and coordinate the various support systems involved in their plan implementation.

Our Specialist Support Coordinators work closely with the participant, their family, and other support providers to identify their specific support requirements, design a tailored service plan, and ensure that the plan is implemented effectively.

After finding suitable services, your Support Coordinator will guide you through engaging with them. Prepare and Plan for Plan Reviews

Your Support Coordinator will help you prepare and plan for any plan reviews you have. You simply explain any changes, if there are any, and your Support Coordinator is able to do the rest.
