Empower, Inclusion and Enriching Lives.
Community Access
We deeply care for those we support, making them our top priority. Our inclusive environment fosters attentiveness. Our team is always here to listen, understand your needs, and know you personally.
What is Community Access?
At Raya Healthcare, we go beyond with specialised NDIS Community Access Services. Our dedicated support workers promote social engagement and community participation, accompanying participants to events and facilitating outings. We believe in fostering independence and enriching lives by creating a supportive environment that encourages individuals to pursue their interests and passions beyond the confines of their homes. Our goal is to empower NDIS participants to lead fulfilling lives with a strong sense of belonging and inclusivity in the community.

Improved Well-being
Being part of a community and taking part in enjoyable activities can lead to improved emotional well-being and mental health for individuals with disabilities. It can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.
