Meet The Team

At Raya Healthcare, we take time to build meaningful connections with our clients to provide completely personalised supports that support you to get the most out of your everyday.

Grace Burns

General Manager

I have been a part of the disability sector for the entirety of my career which is over 10 years both studying and professionally.

I have worked in a wide variety of settings and have had many titles including House Supervisor for the Department of Health and Human Services, Team Leader for Day and community outreach programs and as a Senior Local Area Coordinator.

Throughout my career I have worked with people from many different backgrounds and support needs such as people using wheelchairs and hoists with complex care needs, people with complex behaviours of concern and people with acquired injuries/disabilities.

I pride myself on being approachable and going the extra mile for the people that I work with. I will always go above and beyond in sourcing the right staff and meeting peoples needs.

On the weekends, I like to do day trips and fun family activities with my husband, 2 children and Buddy (our dog). My husband and I are currently going through the process of becoming Foster Carers for vulnerable and at risk children so looking forward to be able to welcome a foster child in to our home to join in the fun and chaos.
